Collecting historical data from the Centers of Disease Control regarding the epidemiology of HIV/AIDS in the United States from 1982 – 2019. I was tasked with reading and annotating every annual HIV surveillance report and supplemental report from 1979 – 2019 to better understand potential historical biases within the data. • Categorizing data by 6 categories; diagnoses of HIV, diagnoses of AIDS, deaths of people with HIV, deaths of people with AIDS, persons living with HIV, and persons living with AIDS into 3 subcategories by race, gender, and transmission categories in one consolidated location, an Excel file. Analyzed trends in the United States data and created predictive modeling equations in Scilab to see if predictive modeling matches historical data. Then wrote a 30 page paper documenting my findings

Created a comprehensive financial model in Excel, predicting the company’s potential revenue, costs, profits, and promote/waterfall through a case study. Presented findings from the model in front of the financial department to simulate the scenario where a data analyst presents whether the project/case study is a worthy investment or not for the company. Conducted market research for potential real estate properties the company can purchase and develop in the future.
