The business office manager position is responsible for overall front office operations, including the reception area, mail, large purchasing requests, all accounting and human resources. Also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities. Supervises and coordinates orientation for all new hires. Negotiates the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc., for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions. Responsible for all accounts payable and receivable. The other large part of this position was making sure all employee files are up to date and compliant with state regulations.

Managed over 250 registrations for the North YMCA Sports Camp and St. Anthony's Day Camp. Managed more than 100 title xx payments, billings, and swipes, handled daily attendance and payment schedules. Qualified and enrolled families in TANF. Handled day to day operation and daily bank deposits.
