I am the primary liaison between Architect / Interior Design clients and the 35 textile, wall covering, lighting, furniture and rug vendors we represent throughout Southern California, Arizona, Hawaii and Las Vegas. - Assisting clients with all inquiries on our products, including aiding in re-selections when necessary. - Providing formal quotes, orders, follow ups on production, invoices and all shipping / tracking information. - Accounts receivable and payable. - Creating detailed job aids to assist employees in being able to complete tasks with minimal guidance. - Regular creation of new methods & procedures to make the office more efficient. - Administrative and Office Management tasks, including shipping. - Nurturing relationships with clients and vendors to ensure the best possible working partnership. - Assisting the sales department on client appointments.
