The Heidel House is located on the beautiful Green Lake. The resort is home of three restaurants: The Boathouse Pub, The Sunroom, and The Grey Rock. For each restaurant I manage payroll, weekly scheduling, cash handling, hiring, training, weekly department meetings. Organized, advertise, and run buffet service for Thanksgiving, Easter and Mother's Day Celebrations. I also work with the Micros system.

As the banquet manager I managed payroll, weekly scheduling, responsible of making sure the bills were updated and posted, hiring, training, Weekly department meetings, in charge of inventory for banquet services, I also was apart of the buffet service for Thanksgiving, Easter and Mother's Day Celebrations at The Grey Rock Restaurant.

As the CE Director, I created adult, youth, and children's programs for the church. I helped ran and maintained the Sunday School programs, Vacation Bible School, and confirmation class for the youth. I managed the budget for the department and also recruited volunteers for the different programs.

I also assisted in the worship team leadership and helped form a youth worship team. During my time there I was also the executive assistant. I answered phone calls for the church and put together the weekly bulletin to name a couple responsibilities.

At the Hilton, I started out as a server in “The Café”. “The Café” is a three meal a day casual restaurant with revenues over $2 million within the Milwaukee City Center hotel. They offered a full service menu and a buffet. My responsibility was to take care of the guest and make sure they left feeling satisfied with their service while they dined at the hotel. I was also trained to use the Micros system. I also was a Server at Miller Time Pub. Miller Time Pub known for severing only Miller products. History of the Miller Brewing Company is showcase as soon as you enter through the doors. There I learned a wide knowledge of different beverages, as well as how to bar tend and cocktail serve. I also hosted at the Chophouse. The Chophouse is traditional steak house with a contemporary feel. They specialize in steaks and seafood, and have an extensive wine list. I was responsible for setting the guest, answering phones, working with the Open Table program, communicating with guest, severs, bartenders, and other staff members. I was also was trained to learn the menu to be able to assist the guest with any questions they might have in regards to the food.
