Managed the website for the celebrity personal trainer and brand Tracy Anderson, created and improved a system that provides daily live content, weekly uploaded video content across six different types of tiered subscription products, seasonal retreats and live charity events, seasonal apparel launches, monthly zoom calls, weekly menus, and a seasonal magazine and website refresh. Redesigned the shop and created tools for the client to upload new products using custom data upload and image optimization tools. Added features such as filtering by brand or color, dropship products, and pre-orders. Improved internal client tools and processes, a coupon/gift card creation tool for CS, custom reports for Finance, Coach/Trainer assignment systems for Trainers, and a migration to a new warehouse and ship software for Retail. Intersection is the Google-funded company at the forefront of the smart cities revolution, replacing phone booths with interactive kiosks across the US and UK, connecting the digital and physical worlds through connected experiences, offering free WiFi and hyper-local messaging through the internet of things (IOT). I managed the development of the wayfinding application for all the custom digital displays at New York City's new Hudson Yards neighborhood and seven-story luxury shopping complex. Worked on our custom out of home (OOH) advertising platform and kiosk hardware/software integration.

Epix is a premium cable television network owned by MGM, Lionsgate, Paramount, and Viacom. I managed the release of our first API and its migration to our over-the-top (OTT) streaming video media product on web, iOS, Android, Apple TV, Roku, Tivo, Samsung TV, Android TV, xBox One, xBox 360, and PS4. Managed new features on API, CMS, and all Apps including tv series support, downloadable content, free trials, and redesign. Epix is where I really refined my product management and agile process. I led the team by defining and prioritizing product requirements based on business objectives and customer need, to be completed using agile frameworks and tools, while refining our agile process and documentation. Trained team on agile, sprint ceremonies, Jira tickets and kanban boards, writing user stories, the API specs.

Condé Nast Marketing Solutions was the digital marketing agency creating innovative multimedia and interactive projects and products, servicing Condé Nast magazine brands (such as Vogue, Allure, Vanity Fair, Bon Appetite, Wired) and world-class luxury, fashion, beauty, travel, and entertainment clients.In my first Product Manager role, I solved difficult problems with innovative solutions using my background as a developer and collaborated across disciplines using clear documentation and a servant-leader approach.
