A confident and positive individual with a strong commitment to enhancing opportunities for young people by working to improve inclusion and equality in education. Experienced in supporting clients with multiple barriers and liaising with outside agencies. Able to manage people and resources to achieve successful outcomes. I am looking for a role in which I can use and develop my skills further. I am trained and competent working with SEBD and SEN students to manage behaviour and assist in overcoming adversity. With indepth knowledge of negative mental health in children and adults I have also gained valuable experience working with troubled families and would love to implement family learning in literacy within a school environment. I passionately believe that every young person can achieve to the very best of their abilities and it is a vital role of any professional to help them to do this. In the future I hope to achieve a level seven award in SEN and in Childhood and Adolescent Mental Health. I have proven management skills from working in the private sector and experience of crisis management. Recently qualified in Team Teach and Ruth Miskin.
