Directs and oversees a diverse portfolio of programs that build knowledge, skills and relationships, and support equity-driven priorities through Justice Fund's mandates to communities in the North West and North East areas of Toronto.

Leads and builds strategic pipelines to various partnerships through corporate donors, industry activators, and community partners. Identifies unique opportunities for community development in the arts and cultural section with external stakeholders.

Develop on-going promotional marketing priorities in order to drive memberships and community engagement, and business growth. As well as contributes to the development of marketing promotions and initiatives, including briefing creative and media teams, communicating with designers and producers, and delivering materials to partners and vendors.Artscape Daniels Launchpad is Toronto’s first one-stop-hub designed to help emerging and established creatives from a wide range of disciplines grow thriving careers.
