As an Engagement Manager at Corvisa, I helped customers work toward a successful go-live by guiding them through the implementation, build and training process. I maintained long-term relationships with customers, assisting them with changes to the system and add-on services. I also worked directly with developers and product managers on product roadmaps to ensure they incorporate customer needs.

As a Project Manager at Epic, I worked to ensure my customer had a successful software install by providing them with the skills they need to hit their deadlines, customize the software and engage end users. Worked on integration with HCLL with full matching for the Trust's blood admin workflows. Worked with Orders analysts to implement Radiant functionality in PFT and Neuro wards. Aided in Technical Dress Rehearsal and Order Transmittal testing. Worked with Principal Trainers to clean up training materials and approve Certified Trainers for doctors, residents and ancillary areas.University of Arizona Health Network- Worked with the IP Orders team on system configuration, Order Transmittal build, and testing. Led efforts for applications to complete charge testing prior to go-live. Supported configuration and testing of Sunquest, Pyramis and MUSE integrations.
