Health Infrastructure delivers all major health capital projects over $10 million on behalf of the NSW Government. As a Director, I am responsible for planning and delivery of a portfolio of projects with a total budget in excess of $1B. Leading a team of Senior Project Directors and Directors, my portfolio includes major hospital redevelopments in a number of NSW regional centres including Wagga ($431m), Dubbo ($274m), Griffith, Goulburn ($120m), Mudgee ($70m) and Tumut, along with a number of smaller redevelopments in rural towns across southern and western NSW.The projects are diverse and complex and incorporate a range of health care areas such as high dependency mental health, cancer care (both radiotherapy and oncology), ambulatory care, research facilities, renal, emergency, maternity and general inpatient hospital facilities and hospital master planning. I work with a range of multi-disciplinary teams and different clinical stakeholders to deliver projects from inception to post-completion. This includes the planning and business case development, design and construction, through to the important elements of building commissioning, and its overlay with the operational commissioning and clinical occupation.

As a Senior Project Director I was responsible for managing a team of Project Directors to oversee the planning and delivery of $400m of health projects and programs including:- NSW Multipurpose Service (MPS) Program - a rural program to build over 16 new and refurbished MPS and hospital projects across regional NSW incorporating, emergency, acute, sub-acute, community health and residential aged care services with a total budget of $300M.- Griffith Hospital Redevelopment - Masterplanning and schematic design for full redevelopment of Griffith Hospital including Stage 1 enabling works ($35M).- Tumut Hospital Redevelopment - Masterplanning and schematic design for redevelopment of Tumut Hospital.- The Bright Alliance, Randwick Hospitals Campus: Nelune Comprehensive Cancer Centre, Scientia Clinical Research and Sydney Children's Hospitals Network Expansion ($114M).
