Health Infrastructure's (HI) Rural and Regional portfolio covers eight Local Health Networks across NSW, with projects stretching from Albury Wodonga in the south, up to the North Coast, and out to the far west. The NSW Government has allocated nearly a third of the health infrastructure budget to regional and rural communities, which will deliver over $4billion in projects over the coming 5years. HI continues its commitment to work with key stakeholders across LHDs, staff, health clients and industry partners to deliver comprehensive health services across these communities.

North Sydney

Health Infrastructure delivers all major health capital projects over $10 million on behalf of the NSW Government. As a Director, I am responsible for planning and delivery of a portfolio of projects with a total budget in excess of $1B. Leading a team of Senior Project Directors and Directors, my portfolio includes major hospital redevelopments in a number of NSW regional centres including Wagga ($431m), Dubbo ($274m), Griffith, Goulburn ($120m), Mudgee ($70m) and Tumut, along with a number of smaller redevelopments in rural towns across southern and western NSW.The projects are diverse and complex and incorporate a range of health care areas such as high dependency mental health, cancer care (both radiotherapy and oncology), ambulatory care, research facilities, renal, emergency, maternity and general inpatient hospital facilities and hospital master planning. I work with a range of multi-disciplinary teams and different clinical stakeholders to deliver projects from inception to post-completion. This includes the planning and business case development, design and construction, through to the important elements of building commissioning, and its overlay with the operational commissioning and clinical occupation.

North Sydney

As a Senior Project Director I was responsible for managing a team of Project Directors to oversee the planning and delivery of $400m of health projects and programs including:- NSW Multipurpose Service (MPS) Program - a rural program to build over 16 new and refurbished MPS and hospital projects across regional NSW incorporating, emergency, acute, sub-acute, community health and residential aged care services with a total budget of $300M.- Griffith Hospital Redevelopment - Masterplanning and schematic design for full redevelopment of Griffith Hospital including Stage 1 enabling works ($35M).- Tumut Hospital Redevelopment - Masterplanning and schematic design for redevelopment of Tumut Hospital.- The Bright Alliance, Randwick Hospitals Campus: Nelune Comprehensive Cancer Centre, Scientia Clinical Research and Sydney Children's Hospitals Network Expansion ($114M).

Responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of a range of major health capital works projects including:- Shoalhaven Cancer Care Centre, $35M (Completed July 2013)- Missenden Mental Health, RPA NW Precinct, $67M (Completed November 2014) - Westmead Car Park Planning and Business Case Development, $74M (Complete)

Campus Living Villages (CLV) specialises in delivering tailored accommodation solutions to over 50 higher education institutions in Australia, New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom.CLV has expertise in all aspects of the development and management process, from financing, design and building, to sustainability and operations. Key Achievements:• UNSW Village (1021 beds, $120M) - Project Director/ Project Management, contract administration and superintendence for, completed in December 2009. An award winning facility, it was completed on time and on budget within a tight 2-year construction program.• University of Western Sydney Village (343 beds, $29M) - Project Direcotr/ Project Management, contract administration and superintendence of the delivery of the over a 1 year construction period, on time and on budget.• University of Canberra Village (507 beds, $59M) - Project Director/ Project Management and contract administration of the delivery of over an 18month construction period completed under budget and on time.

Centennial Park, Sydney

Centennial Parklands is responsible for the care and management of Centennial Park, Moore Park and Queens Park including Moore Park Golf Course and former Sydney Showground lands at Moore Park. Key Achievements:• Delivery of the 2003-2009 Park Improvement Plan - a diverse $50M, capital works program for the Parklands including: - Strategic planning - Community consultation and research - Project scoping, development & design management - Budget management - Programming - Monitoring and reporting - Management of staff (project managers)• Strategic Planning of Parklands land use & assets• Delivery of the Maintenance Enhancement Program (catch-up maintenance program)• Member of the Centennial Parklands Executive Team
