Current• Contracted with Veteran’s Administration• Responsible for rapid, timely, and accurate review of complex, but related electronic records and documents using a host of complex rules to determine the appropriate disposition of each document in support of a Veteran’s claims for benefits• Update records with demographic data, medical histories, and diagnostic procedures• Assign patients to diagnosis-related groups• Streamlined records by eliminating outdated and unnecessary materials• Identify medical and diagnostic records related to specific health conditions• Order pertinent medical and administrative service records• Maintain strict confidentiality of all Veteran medical and administrative service records• Proficient in Pulse Secure, Remote Desktop, and eProcess• Knowledge in computer software programs: Millbrook, SYNERGY, FCS, CSRA, IConnect, Ephesoft, and CBSI• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
