I am always learning and am happy to learn new things. In having many different opportunities in various positions, I have learned many skills and gained expertise. I have years of customer service and sales experience but as well as theatre skills that I am building towards my theatre degree. I believe I am an important player in any team and I always try to find a solution for any problem.I have worked in retail for the bulk of my working career but I have learned important skills and gained valuable experience. I have had extensive customer service training as well as some management training. I am a people person and find comfort in knowing I can help people. It feels like a huge accomplishment when I can find a solution to a customer's problem. Even when I do not find a solution right away, I do not give up in following through until I can. My skills as a customer service representative are growing everyday and I look forward to many opportunities to continue this journey.My time as a entertainment technician may be on the other side of the spectrum but many skills are similar. Even behind the scenes, I still had to learn customer service skills but also gained experience in some computer applications and teamwork skills. Individualism is important but when I learned to work in a team I felt like any team I am in, I can build connections and later benefit from those.Overall, I would like to obtain jobs that would further any skills I have gained as well as teach me new ones that would benefit not only myself but any job I am lucky to be a part of.
