• Direct alumni strategy for the Office of Advancement including engagement of alumni, students, and friends and integration with Major Gifts and Stewardship• Oversight of strategic planning for Office of Advancement including Illinois Business Consulting project• Manage team of three including extra help staff during Civil Service vacancy• Relationship manager and ex-officio director of the Dean’s Business Council including oversight of membership, pledge management, and changes to organizations structure• Relationship manager and ex-officio director of the College of Business Alumni Association

-Support the College of Business Alumni Association (CBAA) by attending meetings and assisting with planning and execution of events including Spring Luncheon and Homecoming-Advise and support the Business Young Alumni Committee, a sub-organization of the CBAA-Facilitate partnership with FUSION, a student organization, to promote student alumni engagement -Promote the Business Alumni Mentors Program to students, maintain program communications and establish opportunities for students and alumni participants to interact-Build and maintain relationships with College of Business alumni-Support College departments and programs in alumni relations efforts and event planning-Manage all event planning, marketing, and execution for College of Business alumni engagement events

-Organize, plan and facilitate all aspects of alumni events including arranging venue and catering, coordinating speakers, marketing to attendees, and arranging event agenda-Coordinate faculty investiture events including announcement, ceremony, reception and dinner-Maintain online event management system to coordinate electronic marketing

-Write, design and prepare marketing handouts, ads, newsletters and brochures-Organize and implement student events including the graduation Tent Party and PreTerm-Assist in planning study abroad trips including working with students before and after travel-Plan and facilitate events for alumni and maintain all alumni databases in conjunction with the College of Business Department for Alumni and External Affairs-Maintain website content and manage all redesign projects-Design, publish and distribute monthly journal to students, staff, faculty and alumni-Manage financial transactions including p-cards, travel reimbursement and purchase orders

-Manage, motivate, and develop a 30 employee staff-Create a customer focused retail environment -Coordinate marketing events and advertising with VP of Marketing -Inventory, order, and merchandise multiple product lines yielding sales in excess of $2.5 million-Establish and attain sales, margin, and labor budgets

-Manage over $219M in potential annual revenue through seat inventory-Monitor market performance, growth, and change for over 20 markets-Analyze the revenue opportunities available by means of yield or maximized load
