My varied experiences have provided me extensive wine and beer knowledge, and am proficient in many restaurant POS such as OpenTable, Focus, Digital Dining, Aloha and also with Microsoft Suite programs such as Excel. I received my ServSafe Food Manager certification April 2019 as well as Certified Food Protection Manager through the Minnesota Department of Health (received both concurrently).
