My responsibilities include opening the library every morning, greeting all library visitors, offering book recommendations, checking in/out books, shelving books, adding and removing materials in the library collection, creating and setting up library displays, helping to create our library programs such as Pinterest Fridays and Adulting 101 as well as, printing IDs for students, collecting payments using InTouch for replacing IDs and for library fines, printing student work submitted to Moodle, posting information for library events, keeping the magazines organized, charging batteries in the device charging tables, utilizing the die-cut machine, poster machine, and laminating machine for teacher materials, providing supervision in the halls and for restroom breaks during testing times, supervising students and providing a safe environment for them to work and be social, and closing the library after school.

Prepared and billed services to insurance carriers and patients; tracked claims ensuring prompt processing and payment; explained insurance benefits; maintain patient records and confidentiality; accurately record and register patient information; verify their insurance policies; and keep track of patient accounts.
