I provide consultancy and project management to a major beverage company and act as liquid development lead for a complex disruptive project that is integral to client's innovation pipeline. In this role, I work closely with innovation marketing leveraging my technical expertise to deliver innovative liquids. By keeping abreast of emerging consumer insights and trends in the drinks industry and blending this with my extensive contacts in flavour houses and ingredient suppliers and with my technical know how, I have successfully created innovative liquids that have met the marketing brief and passed challenging gate criteria allowing them to move to the next stage of development.

Responsible for identifying breakthrough technologies and sciences to deliver new solutions to consumer needs and / or create step change improvements in quality or cost reduction in production and manage the delivery of these technologies into the business.

Responsible for leading multi disciplinary teams on time and on budget to deliver new brands for Diageo from idea conception, through factory trials to launching a commercially viable product and pack as well as inputting innovative technical expertise to give new or existing brands a competitive edge.

Responsible for the development and management of the Diageo's sensory evaluation service and to conduct market research to support new brand development.

Responsible for R&D input into new brands requiring specialist input. Assessment of novel processes, technologies, and ingredients in the food and beverage sector.

Technical support to environmental health officers. Coordination of food sampling programme and delivery of food hygeine training programme
