I have over 16 years of consulting experience in delivering change initiatives for both Business and IT. Over that time, I have developed deep industry knowledge within Financial Services including successful implementations of credit, card, core banking and regulatory requirements in large-scale environments. I have led projects across a variety of areas within banking, both in the capacity of a consulting role as well in a leadership role, in terms of defining the approach and execution method and managing a team to deliver against it. I also have over 5 years of experience in sales and client relationship management, some of which was completed alongside my own delivery.
