- Responsible for co-managing Defense & Aerospace Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) accounts (50+), including issuing quotations, processing orders, and providing delivery updates on all open orders- Responsible for ensuring OTD for $1-2M of product/month, while providing feedback, updates, and guidance to both customers and supply chain in lieu of arising issues- Helped de-escalate customer complaints through working internally to help resolve any issues as quickly as possible, all with the customer’s best interest in mind- Worked on cross-functional teams to provide feedback/guidance from Sales’ perspective for new process/improved-process implementation- Experience with SAP (ERP) and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)

- Investigate opportunities for expansion in existing customer accounts- Research and act on new business opportunities via participating in email campaigns, cold-calling, etc.- Assist in proposal development to align a solution to customer needs- Remain in contact with client to ensure customer satisfaction, project delivery, and new business opportunities- Participate in trade show planning and attendance

- Gained B2B sales experience through working with customers via email/phone/in-person to understand their optical coating needs- Analyzed real-time data regarding incoming sales and future opportunities- Created a database to increase efficiencies in sending quotes to customers- Managed real-time data information regarding purchasing of commodities through creating an automated database to help streamline purchasing decisions- Participated in developing protocols and documentation for ISO 9001-2015 certification- Designed custom coatings through Essential Macleod Software- Created marketing material such as trade show booth designs, industry advertisements, as well as PowerPoint presentations for customer visits
