*Temporary Contract Position -Work closely with Senior Marketing Manager to execute two persona-based content programs for academic,corporate and medical librarians through print and digital channels (online, social media and email). -Contribute ideas and assist with keeping an up-to-date content calendar-Assist with content creation and promotion through community channels. -Assist with the content review process to ensure all content is on-brand, error-free, consistent in tone and style, and optimized for both search and user experience in digital channels. -Upload content to community websites, post content to social communities and monitor social channels. -Assist with measuring and reporting channel metrics.

As the Content Marketing Manager. I was focused on creating content for multiple platformsand customer bases. Responsibilities included managing and maintaining social media accounts, creating content for the Teriyaki Madness franchise website, and managing various programs such as the text and email programs. My goal was to inform, and create brand recognition through an online presence. I was responsible for creating growth in the Teriyaki Madness fan base through social media and various blog updates and accounts.

-I assisted the Communications and PR Manager with writing internal and external communications including: press releases, company articles, graphic design pieces, and social media posts. - Created the company blog as well as posted on the blog weekly. -Worked professionally in an office work environment-Assisted with the front desk, filling out paperwork and answering phones. -Completed various in office tasks
