• Coordinated the booking of all conference rooms on the Global Markets trading floor, welcomed all guests, directed/escorted them to their proper location.
• Arranged for all messenger services and registered clients and visitors with the company security system.
• Supported the Director of Facilities with a long-term space utilization study, which was designed to optimize the Banks current and future floor space. This project involved over 300 employees, their daily activities.
