Our customers have been through a life-changing experience, and we go above and beyond to make sure that their medical supplies are one challenge they don't have to worry about. We are caring, proactive, confident in educating our products, and only care about improving the quality of life of our customers. My Customer Service team is broken into 3 different roles. Direct to Consumer, Business to Business, and Returns.My Direct-to-Consumer team enjoys connecting with clients over the phone and email, with a focus to assist our inside sales team with placing orders for customer's medical supplies. They collaborate across organizational boundaries daily to ensure client's needs are taken care of. They are empathetic, detail oriented, and take the time to ensure all compliance needs are met.My Business-to-Business team works together to process purchase orders from our facility partners. They also support our outside sales team with quotes and other tasks. They communicate both over the phone and by email; taking the time to ensure clear communication and minimize errors with data entry.My Returns team (of one amazing associate) supports both sides of the business; both DTC and B2B with return complaints. She facilitates replacements, return requests, and physically processes everything that comes in with a high-standards quality inspection.I trust my team to do what is right for the customer, their peers, and our organization. I challenge them to grow and develop them to reach their career goals. My teams work together; cross training multiple skills so no customer is left behind. But most of all, I enjoy coming in and working with amazing people every day, and making a difference in the lives of our customers.
