- Communicate daily with customers, parents, city parks and recreation personnel, and coaches to ensure program ran seamlessly.- Manage 25-30 youth coaches regarding their quality of instruction, schedules, placement, and professionalism.- Responsible for the creation and implementation of program curriculum.- Recruit qualified coaches and conduct applicant screenings.- Create, implement, and monitor program budgets and program design. - Coordinate inventory orders and equipment distribution.- Report directly to Executive Director of the Milwaukee Kickers.

During my time with the Wauwatosa School District, I completed four separate long term substitution positions as well as working as a full time educational assistant. As a long term substitute teacher, I performed all duties of the full time teacher I was replacing. Some of these responsibilities included creating and implementing lessons in all subject areas, adapting lessons to the needs of students in my classroom and communicating on a regular basis with colleagues and parents.
