I create unique and customized resumes for people looking to advance their careers whether it be in IT, Sales, Human Resources, etc. I conduct one on one interviews in order to gain a better understanding of a client's work history as well as where they see themselves heading in the future. This valuable time also gives me an insight as to who the client.

During my time as a technical writer, I authored various types of technical documentation in addition to software user guides that were utilized by internal employees as well as external clientele. This role involved being able to understand and translate documents written by software developers and engineers in order to create guides that can be used by.

While at T-Mobile, I was responsible for managing and maintaining 11 servers located in Seattle Washington. These servers housed a Learning Management System (LMS) that was used by 50K+ T-Mobile employees.

As a Field Implementation Specialist, I traveled around the country implementing accounting software for rural electrical companies. Throughout the three-month implementation process, I would convert the client's current accounting system over to the new software while training employees on all facets of the software.

I engaged with over 150 clients in resolving accounting software issues spanning from payroll problems to generating end of year tax forms. In-person audits were also performed to ensure the client was utilizing the software and all of its customizable features to best suit their needs.
