At Spark44 I managed the user experience team and led the redesign and development of the Jaguar global website and new car configurator. I was responsible for leading the project through initial stakeholder and customer research, defining the UX processes and forming the ‘vision’ for the new digital experience. The global website was launched in spring 2013. The website utilised responsive design techniques thereby ensuring optimum display of content and information across multiple platforms and devices. I developed the responsive design guidance that the visual designers and developers follow during the process of developing the website. I designed the tests and managed extensive user research and user testing across multiple countries and cultures, including the UK, USA and China.In addition, I was part of the team that helped define and develop the new digital strategy for Jaguar which has been agreed and adopted by Jaguar for all the digital projects. The new strategy has been developed to shake off Jaguars dusty past and position Jaguar at the forefront of digital thought.

This was a full website redesign and development project which required a global presence with local content for seventeen country websites in eight different languages. The role included user research, persona creation, user journeys, scenarios, user stories, sitemaps and wireframes.
