Work with Utilization Management team to ensure effective implementation of services to meet TAC guidelines and contractual requirements. Complete level of care authorizations for individuals receiving mental health services. Maintain accurate monthly reporting, reviewing data for outliers. Responsible for providing and coordinating training for new clinicians and completing subsequent chart reviews and clinical observations. Balance primary workload with various other projects internally and in collaboration with other mental health providers in local community and throughout the state.

Provided case management and skills training services to children and adolescents diagnosed with mental illness. Taught skills for coping with symptoms, communication, prosocial behavior, anger management, and conflict resolution. Worked with parents to develop positive parenting strategies. Assisted clients in accessing additional community resources. Provided emergency crisis response services for adults and children in need. Maintained accurate documentation including progress notes and recovery plans.
