I am responsible for finding and scheduling leads for my sales and excavation teams. Once they connect with our customers and sell the work I maintain the relationship. I also reach out to customers we have quoted but did not close the sale. I then do my best to let them understand the importance of getting the work done for the health, safety and comfort of their family.

Helping kids around the globe to learn English as a second or third or fourth language! A very enlightening & rewarding experience.

I oversee the agent interactive learning tool known as Macy's Intel. This tool delivers pertinent training material directly to agent PCs during down time. This is to help educate our agents thus creating a more seamless experience for the customers.I am responsible for communicating the progress & success to senior leadership, I coordinate calls with our domestic & global partners to improve best practices, troubleshoot any systemic issues & further increase engagement. I am the owner of the success of this tool and the primary contact for the 3000 agents this tool impacts. We will be expanding the tool to include approximately 5000 additional users.

Oversee forecasting of sales, calls, chats for Macy's.com, Bloomingdales.com, Macy's home direct & furniture & bedding customer service. I also create job requisitions for all new hires & back filled positions.
