I focus on training and coaching staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and product education, all while seeking innovative ways to enhance brand loyalty and drive revenue in a competitive retail environment.Previously, I served as the Chicago Market Trainer for L’Occitane, where I led the education and development of beauty consultants across multiple stores.
