- Establish and maintain close relationships with clients; - Assist Banker with the preparation of call reports and help generating cross selling opportunities for new and on-boarding clients;- Understand client financial issues in order to offer the appropriate banking product; - Automate operations and tasks using VBA language;- Help solving client routine/operational problems in timely resolution in diverse areas such as cash management, investments and trade finance;- Organize and analyze financial data to assist the credit risk team; - Operations emission (credit, derivative, etc)- Perform various activites for KYC requirements such as origination, monitoring and renewals.

- Elaborate in-depth company/industry researches for management teams;- Create weekly reports on lost deals and present the results to management;- Help solving client routine/operational problems in timely resolution in diverse areas such as cash management, investments and trade finance;- Organize and analyze financial data to assist the credit risk team;- Support Bankers with product roll-out and on-boarding clients;- Follow-up on portfolio's default rate.
