In addition to the duties of the Client Executive role below, Manage a team of Client Advocates and Field Service Associates to support the needs of their assigned clients including performance management, coaching, employee development and improvement; Assess opportunities for process improvement to address areas of client needs or concerns and work with the business leaders to implement any needed changes

Manage a team of Default Service Specialists with the below functions to improve overall compliance to contractual service level agreements; Perform root-cause analysis to identify process improvement opportunities; Training, coaching, and performance evaluation and improvement opportunities for the team; Lead client calls and performance plans

Manage a portfolio of foreclosed properties; Mediate between multiple entities to expedite processes and mitigate escalations; Initiate, schedule, and monitor work orders; Submit expense documents; Research outstanding Property Preservation Orders and Bids; Upload bids to the client system; Monitor information for unity between multiple database systems
