Amanda is the Head of the Fixed Income practice, covering Portfolio Managers, Sub-PMs (inclusive of macro discretionary, RV and systematic strategies) as well as Sales & Trading for Rates, FX, and Mortgages. Her clients include hedge funds, bulge bracket banks and prop trading firms. Her core subject matter expertise is in both Rates (Bonds, Swaps, STIR, XCCY, TIPS, Options, Exotics and REPO) and Mortgages (TBA, Spec pools, Fannie/Freddie and CMOs). Taking a consultative approach to recruitment, Amanda focuses on developing long term relationships with clients and candidates alike. Amanda safeguards important information around book PnLs, Sales desk production, PM strategies and street wide compensation packages, allowing her to provide value added service and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
