As the head of Aritzia's Best & Brightest talent function, I lead the strategy and daily operations of processes, initiatives and programs that bring in best and brightest up and comers into our business and set them on a career path to become leaders of tomorrow. In my role, I play multiple positions, including Internship Director and Head of School Partnerships to design, implement, and run the people functions that enable the continuous growth of our teams and our business.My journey with Aritzia began in our boutiques in 2006 and our internal pipeline program led me to a career in Strategy & Operations, Aritzia’s internal consulting group (ACG). As an original member of ACG, I’ve worked with clients in many areas of our business, including Retail, Product, Omni, Offices of the President & CEO.
