1. Reporting: Provide updates to the Senior Manager for the management on budgetary matters, outstanding issues pertaining to purchasing, leasing, equipment and processes as and when necessary. Compile and prepare MB Malaysia monthly report for ISO certification.2.Budget: Prepare and maintain all IT budget documentation - EA, OP, actuals submission to local Controlling dept. and DSEA regional office (Daimler Southeast Asia) within deadline and target budget. Prepare budget walks, and analysis as and when required by local Finance & Controlling or DSEA IT.3. Procurement: Act as first point of contact for all IT procurement topics, IT purchases/leases and liaise with dept. staff and external vendors.4. Contract Management: Act as main liaison for all matters related to leasing contracts incl. renewals, negotiations and deliverables. Ensure all agreements comply with Daimler standards and guidelines before sign-off. Notify respective units in IT Department for the renewal/termination of the contracts.5. Service Level Agreement: To ensure the SLAs from Regional and Central office are in accordance to the Framework Agreement which has been signed. Liaise with Regional and Central office on the dispute of the SLA cost.6. Asset Management: Act as local liaison for the regional project team in DSEA and coordinate with the local IT team in MBM. To ensure timely and smooth project rollout in Q1, 20127. Invoice: Ensure all the invoices are received from the vendor, regional and central office.
