As a creative and driven first-year student at Rutgers University - New Brunswick, I am deeply committed to utilizing my leadership experiences and transferrable skills to create a positive change within organizations and companies. My passion for empowering leaders to learn through professional development and communications began at a young age. I had the privilege of serving as the National President of Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA), working alongside a team of ten hard-working individuals elected to represent over 243,000 student members nationwide. Leading my team in developing and implementing goals related to the National Executive Council's Program of Work, creating captivating social media content, advocating for FCCLA and Family and Consumer Sciences on the federal level, and engaging audiences of over 8,000 stakeholders through public speaking has taught me the importance of interpersonal communication, teamwork, and strategic thinking as a skilled and connective servant leader.I aspire to continue sharing knowledge and opportunities for leaders in the workplace, empowering people to reach their full potential and make a lasting impact.
