Current- Conducting annual performance evaluations for approximately 4,000 employees, covering different levels and areas, from executives to operational blue-collar workers.
- Comprehensive management of the Global Trainee and Global Professional Program, including identifying outstanding talent, analyzing killing rates, implementing development actions and arrying out follow-up conversations.
- Strategic planning of Onboarding and Crossboarding for managerial positions and above, ensuring effective integration.
- Responsible for mapping technologists, key talents, successors for strategic and critical positions, ensuring the continuity of talent within the organization.
- Development of personalized development and retention strategies for key talents and leaders, aiming to strengthen leadership and ensure the retention of top talents.
- Implementation of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives at a global level for Brazil, aligned with the corporate strategy and promoting an inclusive and diverse culture.
