• Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce to appropriate personnel• Assist members with Interactive Teller Machines and in use of on-site iPad stations• Play active role in creation and promotion of marketing concepts for office• Scan and submit checks received to be processed• Accurately complete member requests for account transactions; transfers, advances, check orders, etc.• Maintain a high level of confidentiality with member information• Receives, sorts, and routes mail; maintains and routes publications• Respond to member inquires, requests, and concerns via phone calls, lobby traffic, internet, e-mail, and outside of the office location.• Represent Lake State CU at specified external functions such as: Duluth Chamber and Fuse Duluth With our newest office location opening the beginning of September, we are part of the start-up of a new office! As the concierge, I assist members with their needs. Showing members how to become comfortable with using our Interactive Teller Machines (ITM) as these are highly advanced machines, and new to the area. Being a support system for our Member Solution Specialist, Mortgage Advisor, and Commercial Lending officer allows me to guide our members in creating simple solutions for their life.

• Audit lending files for proper documentation, accuracy and compliance• Process new member accounts • Receive phone calls; assist members as swiftly as possible while fulfilling their needs • Prepare lending and new account files for lending officers • High degree of confidentiality• Receives share deposits and loan payments, verifying check endorsements• Performs file maintenance and account changes • Provide personalized service in assisting members problem resolution• Actively cross-sell Credit Union products and services• Maintain and projects the Credit Union’s professional reputationBeing the first person members would walk in to see, maintaining a positive attitude and a professional reputation was a must. Always putting our members needs first is the best way to create satisfied members. Keeping up to date with proper documentation for member and lending files was high priority, as well as running numerous and crucial reports to keep the lending department headed in a positive way. Multi-tasking effectively and efficiently was a necessity , as well as having strong analytical and organizational skills.
