As a member, I provide care for children and their needs throughout the day to meet the needs of the families.I provided opening duties in the mornings, welcoming early families on their way to work. Provide fun and safe activities, while serving meals and snacks throughout the day. I worked extended hours as needed. I assisted with closing duties, which consisted of cleaning and prepping for the following day. Worked to further my education while I attended the task at hand.Continued learning how to communicate with families at early mornings and long hour days.Learned to provide reasonable request for the families and business, while learning the boundaries of each individual.

Assisted as a teacher’s aide with the morning classes and taught my own class in the afternoons. Morning and afternoon I would transport the school age kids to and from school and any field trips during the summer.I planned and implemented weekly, bi–weekly or even monthly lesson plans. I would provide care, support, direction, supervision, and friendship for the children. Would take in calls and messages, sign in deliveries, and put out orders. Collecting payment from parents and documenting when payments were received.
