I also was in charge of organizing administrative meetings at all levels, including state and government official meetings, writing and implementing new policies and procedures. I worked with Outreach and enrollment assistance with local, state and federal programs to provide assistance to patients in need. I was required to pull all reporting necessary and analyze the data and set trends for the clinic. These measures are required to be brought in front of the board of director monthly. I was responsible for credentialing all staff, including 50 new medical residents each year. Basic accounting, budgets, and payroll were other essential duties of my job. Show less
