My responsibilities include matching the right pet with the right customer, assuring great customer satisfaction, taking care of the animals, and selling anything in the store. We sell $2,000 to $5,000 dogs of all breeds, it is my responsibility to have adequate knowledge on the breeds so that I can find them a good home. As a supervisor, I keep the other Pet Counselors on task, I count the drawer at the end of the day, I make returns and deal with problems customers may incur, I help close sales, and deal with our financing companies. I also created the training guide that we use for our new employees, and have experience training employees.

Serving customers healthy smoothies, coffees, or whatever they wanted. Ringing out register. Closing the store by myself. Restocking inventory.
