- Cultivate and maintain relationships with 30+ major and governmental customers across Northwest Region- Responsible for driving cross functional problem solving across a variety of teams (engineering, finance, legal, sourcing, production, Demand Side Management, real estate, etc) in an effort to enhance the customer experience - Support broader FPL goals by spreading awareness of various programs offered to incentivize customers to use demand more efficiently - Owns the management of customer contracts within FPL and ensures terms are followed internally to protect the customer- Provide critical rate change communications as needed to customer and act as a liaison for customer when discussing cross functionally to support customer goals and expectations - Support critical infrastructure restoration in the event of a hurricane by gathering information for restoration teams and communicating to the customer in a timely manner

- Generate and monitor purchase orders for ~80+ parts for A, B, and C commodities over 5 product lines- Competitively bid out parts to optimize spend profile for assigned commodities- Proactively advised engineering of impending hardware obsolescence, and shortages in the supply chain that could impact customer fulfillment- Cultivates strong supplier relationships with 20+ suppliers domestic and international by regularly engaging in communication via email, phone, and site visits- Managed all responsibilities listed below as planner

- Liaised with project teams to determine project demand time lines- Responsible for Configuration Management of AUX BOMs for all projects- Cross functional work with Engineering to define and release correct BOMs with software compatible to the required hardware- Forecast demand to ensure on time project fulfillment while balancing supplier capacity and maintaining low levels of standing inventory- Work with logistics teams to schedule trucks and meet project timelines- Worked collaboratively with master scheduler and finance in order to create the sales orders needed to track and deplete inventory- Develop and maintain manual LOBs to track purchase orders vs MPS demand.
