I live to solve problems. From finding the solution to a customer's needs, to utilizing talent and resources, to contemplating the complex changes that may lay ahead, I love to solve it all. I am a thinker, I am constantly pondering how to improve, how to do things better, and how to make the greatest impact. It is easy to get stuck in a rut, get comfortable, and lose motivation to get out. I'll admit, I've been there too. But when we have the power to make a difference and to change the world around us for the better, even if it is a small change, then we have the responsibility to do so. This is where I shine. I love taking a challenge that may seem insurmountable and finding a solution to simplify, improve, and grow.I am not looking just to collect a paycheck but to challenge myself daily, to utilize the many talents I have to make a difference even if it is only a small one.
