As a substitute teacher at MCPS, I work with diverse students and staff, providing quality instruction and support in various subjects and levels. I enjoy creating engaging and interactive experiences, using my creativity and innovation skills, as well as my experience with online design tools. I am also a full-time marketing student at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where I am pursuing my bachelor's degree, after completing my associate's degree in business administration and management at Montgomery College. I have a passion for live music, event planning and organization, social media marketing, email marketing, customer service, and customer relations. I have gained valuable experience in these areas through my previous role as a bartender, server, and bookkeeper at BJ's Restaurants, Inc., where I managed multiple tasks, drove sales, and maintained positive customer experiences. My goal is to apply my knowledge and skills to the marketing industry, and to contribute to the success of innovative and dynamic organizations.
