My early career was spent working as a bench scientist in both in vitro and in vivo settings across various therapeutic areas, including preclinical safety assessment in accordance with GLP standards. This experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of drug discovery, from target identification to IMPD/IND submission. With a solid foundation in pharmacology and drug discovery, my approach is underpinned by robust problem-solving capabilities.More recently I have utilised my passion for operational effectiveness and stakeholder management by holding a variety of roles in project management & strategic alliance management. Organisations I have worked for have benefitted from my commitment to operational excellence, demonstrated through a proven track record of issue resolution and process optimisation. As a PMP-certified professional, I've embraced the challenge of harmonising complex cross-cultural collaborations, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and advancing delivery. I specialise in multitasking and I enjoy roles with a variety of challenges, especially if there are stakeholders to influence and processes to streamline!
