As a Senior HR Executive, I bring a wealth of experience in HR strategy, transformation, operations, talent management, learning, DEI, and M&A, gained within large global organisations. Throughout my career, I have worked across Australia, APAC, and Europe, providing expert guidance on the full spectrum of HR functions. I have advised C-suite leaders in the banking, insurance, property and retail industries, helping them build high-performing, diverse teams and providing guidance on a range of sensitive and commercial business issues. I am deeply passionate about empowering people to reach their full potential, with a particular focus on the Future of Work and its broader implications on society. Outside of my professional role, I am an active member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) Talent Committee, a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW), act as an advisor to the Women of Westpac (WoW) employee advocacy group, and am a member of the 2025 National Selection Panel for Westpac’s Asian Exchange Scholarship.
