I also contributed to merger and acquisition operations, collaborating closely with the HR Director to lead and supervise data and payroll integration for our two largest mergers concurrently. Additionally, I supported the HR Director with compliance, audits, and general department operations. I led open enrollment and performance review processes, driving employee education and aligning performance goals. Utilizing HR metrics, I developed reports to inform strategic decision-making. I also led special projects, from creating job descriptions to refining the Teammate Handbook and optimizing performance review structures.
