With 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry I have a range of skills that I have built up in a multitude of areas. I worked for 6 years at one of the leading McDonald's stores in Victoria, progressing quickly to crew leader then assisted with the training of 60+ front of house staff for the opening of two new stores. Along side those responsibilities I was in management for 4 years, ran 2 McHappy day fundraisers and was in charge of people planning systems. I worked as a full time barista at the flagship Starbucks store on Swanston street for 3 years where I progressed as an expert to all open, closing and daily procedures and was responsible for merchandising and rostering.I have also worked with Delaware North at Etihad Stadium and Melbourne Olympic park for large scale events such as the Australian Open, AFL and concerts such as Adele before moving to my role with Student Flights (affiliated with Flight Centre) where I have worked for 3 years and moved up to 3IC in my store which has been recognised as one of the top stores in Australia for Student Flights.
