Oversee all aspects of the MLH Fellowship program, from marketing and admissions to program delivery, partner success, and fellow outcomes.

Overseeing the fellow experience for the MLH Fellowship program, including marketing initiatives, admissions, program operations, and fellow outcomes.

Responsible for scaling admissions to our on-campus program from 1 employee to 12 (as of April 2019) and from a $5M business in 2017 to a projected $50M business in 2019.

Manage student admissions for our immersive programs—Web Development and iOS Development. Responsible for student communications as well as efficiency and process enhancements. Work closely with the Placements and Business Development teams to identify the qualities of exceptional students.

Responsible for setting strategy and leading the Volunteer team to mobilize and engage a pool of high-quality, well-prepared mentors to drive college success outcomes. Manage, coach, and coordinate a team of four direct reports and 5-7 indirect reports, leveraging their skills and talents to oversee mentor recruitment, training, screening, and retention as the program grows from 2,400 mentor-mentee pairs in 2013 to 5,700 in 2018. Ultimately responsible for ensuring that iMentor has strategies in place to scale the number of high-quality mentors in our program, and for achieving best-in-sector volunteer retention and satisfaction rates.

Plan, facilitate, and execute teacher professional development for 500+ teachers in the fastest-growing charter school network in NYC. Coordinate offsite teacher training programs and events ranging from 100-600 participants. Manage a team of Associates and Coordinators, charged with continually improving our process management and logistics. Liaise with the curriculum team and nimbly adjust training schedules around shifting priorities.

Managed a team of 6-10 Faculty Managers, each with a team of 20-50 part-time and full-time teachers. Responsible for hiring, staffing, and developing Kaplan instructors to ever-higher levels of academic excellence. My region consisted of the NYC Metro area (NYC and its boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, and North/Central New Jersey).

Managed a team of 5 Faculty Managers in the country's largest center, Manhattan Village. Increased teacher excellence to unprecedented, company-leading levels. Responsible for the hiring and development of managers and teachers (part-time and full-time).

Managed a team of 20-30 part-time teachers and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Staten Island Kaplan Center.

Taught a suite of test-prep courses, including GMAT, GRE, LSAT, SAT, and SHSAT (NYC Specialized HIgh Schools exam). Designed and helped develop curriculum and events for same. Presented to classrooms and peer groups of all sizes. Achieved top-percentile scores on all exams for which I taught.
