I am working on a team focusing on private equity portfolio companies while doing accounting for partnerships and corporations, handling federal credits and incentives, individual taxation, mergers and acquisitions, pass-through entity taxation, and private client services. To do this I must stay up to date on tax regulations and accounting standards while contributing to a multidisciplinary tax team by conducting tax planning, research, and preparing tax returns.
