Currently, I work as a Training Coordinator for a department that specializes in various system testing and changes. Part of my responsibilities is onboarding new hires to the company in 8 different departments, showing them different processes and programs, and helping them to develop skills and responsibilities as business and quality analysts. I also create and maintain a departmental blog which is a tool used to share information throughout the department between different teams and management. I work well with people, I am a problem solver, and have strong communication and analytical skills. Previously I worked with a team of 20 who handled various priority projects such as new products, form revisions and filings, rules revisions, quality analyst testing, and more. We worked with several other teams such as IT and Actuarial to accomplish our tasks as well as implement innovative system enhancements.I have also earned the AINS and API designations. I am a graduate of Michigan State University with a B.A. in English.
