Manage all Optical activities and 19 Sales Representatives across FL, Puerto Rico, TN, and KY.

On-board all new hires (sales reps) in the Eastern region.Manage and motivate all eastern sales reps throughout their 1rst year with Marcolin.Attend all Regional and National trade shows.Assist in product development of all 2014 Kenneth Cole, Timberland, CoverGirl, Marcolin, and National collections.

-managed Central and North Florida Hybrid territory-more than doubled territory sales from 2010 to 2012. -represented "Guess" and "Gant" optical and Sun collections, Bongo, Catherine Deneuve, and Viva core product lines.-consistently met and exceeded monthly sales targets

*extracurricular job; coach team to perform and promote spirit at all home football, basketball games, and community events. Compete annually at the College Dance Team National Championship, ranking in the top 10 for the past 7 years, and twice in the top 5.

Manage Orlando, Tampa, and Daytona territory. Assist customers in product education, marketing, and events. Opened new accounts monthly and continually drove sales to grow salon and corporate relationships.
