I am an aspiring pediatrician with a passion for patient and family education. Having recently graduated from Colby College for chemistry and sociology, I aim to deliver care that appreciates data from both the natural and social sciences. As chief medical assistant I am deft in patient interaction, meticulous record-keeping, and training other interns. In my previous lab experience, I was eager and quick to learn new techniques and protocols. I am skilled in PCR, primary cell culture, transcardiac perfusion, immunofluorescent staining, and mouse husbandry. I hope to cultivate a fulfilling career that will positively impact my community and inspire those under my care to realize and reach their own potential.
