In this role, I oversee the design and delivery of exceptional and inclusive experiences for our members, employees, and communities. I leverage my skills in strategy planning, program management, and inclusive leadership to drive innovation, growth, and engagement across the organization. Previously, I was the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at MSU Federal Credit Union, where I developed and implemented a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligned with the credit union's mission, vision, and values.
